Intended Use
HG Rapid Test FCoV is a chromatographic immunoassay kit for rapidand qualitative detection of feline corna virus antigen in feline feces. The nitrocellulose membrane of the kit is immobilized with anti-FCoVantibody in test line and with anti-mouse antibodies in the control line. And also, anti-FCoV antibody is conjugated to the colloidal goldparticles. This conjugate is placed on a polyester or glass fiber asconjugate pad. When the sample is dropped into the sample well onthe device, the solubilized conjugate migrates with the sample bypassive diffusion and both the conjugate and sample come intocontact with the antibody that immobilized onto the nitrocellulose. lfthe sample contains FCoV antigens, the result is visible as red linewithin ~10 minutes in the test line on the membrane. The solutioncontinues to migrate to encounter a control reagent that binds acontrol conjugate, thereby producing another red control line.
Symptons
lethargy,
fever, enlarged lymph nodes,
inappetence,
weight loss
Features
1 This product uses the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography to quickly detect FCoV.
2 This product does not require special instruments, and can be quickly and easily implemented on-site inspection.
3 Using high-purity raw materials and high-quality materials, it shows extremely high sensitivity and specificity.
Operation
Place all specimens, test devices, and allow them to room temperatureprior to testing (15~30 min).
Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean and plain place.
Collect the stool specimens at 4 different points or directly take thespecimens from the feline colon.
Insert and mix the swab with assay solution in a tube until thespecimens has been dissolved. Then, discard the swab and repeatprocedure for each sample.
.Add 4 drops of the solution taken by the disposable dropper into thesample well.
Within 10 minutes, interpret the test result(s).Do not read after 10minutes.
Interpretation of Results
This product is aimed to facilitate public health institute worldwide to increase their diagnostic capabilities when facing the emerging Feline Corona Virus health challenge, allowing for an efficient and rapid public health response in the case of an outbreak.
