CPV Ag Rapid Test
Intended Use
The Healgen Rapid CPV Ag Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay for the
qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus antigen in canine feces.
Symptons
lethargy,
depression,
and loss or lack of appetite,
followed by a sudden onset of high fever,
vomiting, and diarrhea.
Features
1 This product uses the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography to quickly detect CPV antigens.
2 This product does not require special instruments, and can be quickly and easily implemented on-site inspection.
3 Using high-purity raw materials and high-quality materials, it shows extremely high sensitivity and specificity.
Operation
Collect the samples from canine feces using the swab.
Insert the swab into the specimen tube containing 1ml of assay diluent.
Mix the swab samples with the assay diluent to extract well.
Remove the test device from the foil pouches, and places it on a flat and dry surface
Using the disposable dropper provided, take the samples from extracted and mixed specimens in the tube.
Add four (4) drop into the sample hole using the disposable dropper. The mixed assay diluent should be added exactly, slowly drop by drop.
As the test beings to work, you will see purple color move across the result window in the center of the test device. If the migration has not appeared after 1 min, add one more drop of the mixed assay diluent to the sample well
For best result, test 5 diarrhea feces in the farm.
Interpret test results at 5~10 min. Do not decide after 10 min.
Interpretation of Results
This product is aimed to facilitate public health institute worldwide to increase their diagnostic capabilities when facing the emerging Canine parvovirus health challenge, allowing for an efficient and rapid public health response in the case of an outbreak.
