Intended Use
HG canine distemper antigen rapid diagnostic test paper can use immunochromatography to quickly detect canine carcinoma fever red antigen in canine ocular secretions (on the conjunctiva), nasal fluid, and sleeping fluid.
Symptons
watery to pus-like discharge from their eyes. They then develop fever, nasal discharge, coughing, lethargy, reduced appetite, and vomiting.

Operation
Place all specimens,test devices,and allow them to room temperature prior to testing(15~30min).
Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean and plain place.
Take a portion of secretion of eye mucus,nasal discharge.
Insert and mix the swab with assay solution in a tube until the specimens has been dissolved.Then,discard the swab and repeat procedure for each sample.
Add 3~4 drops of the solution taken by the disposable dropper into the sample well.
Interpret the test result(s) within 10 minutes.Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
